A joint hardstyle project between me and another person, who sadly doesn't have an NG account.
Basically it was me doing most of the work, but I'll give you guys a little preview of what's yet to come.

It's just the intropart, we have yet to make the breakdown, but we're on our way ;)
Expect the full piece to be released in the next couple of weeks.

Please review fairly.

Note: The kick is made out of a bunch of samples, and heavily EQ'd.

Holla,

Prautotype.

Ugh

I just found this annoying. It was like someone was screaming into my ears through some synthesizer for almost 3 minutes.

Maybe its just not my style. In my opinion, the beat was dull, and some points felt like an air raid siren, which is not a good thing.

The ending almost felt like you gave up as well, and the drum hit felt completely out of place.

Please try harder. Much harder.

Maybe that's just a matter of opinion.
The synth was meant to sound like an air siren tbh :P

Also, it's a work in progress, which explains the sudden end.

Thanks for the review though ;)

Exciting

Although it began to get a bit repetitive throughout, I've always appreciated this particular style.

However, although variety is encouraged, this is far from bad music. While Coop thought the siren was a bit too aggressive, I found it to be a refreshing break from the beginning sample.

Overall, I enjoyed listening to it, and if you were to add variety and some different patterns of beats, it wouild be incredible.

I be biased! Sorry

I'm a big fan of this style so I'm biased. :P

The basic base bass was really steady but not that original, the way it was "in yo' face", I really like, that's not normal for me. Cos I sorta like the more quaint style.

Looped pretty damn well. But that also shows some repetition, some sudden changes work change in my opinion.

Haha, everybody loves hardstyle (H)

Thanks for the review, I'll try to add some more sounds to make it less repetitive :)

Banging

It certainly suits the AngryFaic visualisation - I love how the bass brings out the wideness of his eyes.

Personally, I'm not that much of a fan of Techno, trance, dance and all of the related genres. This has got the elements that's going to appeal with these sorts of pieces. With the way that the bass blends in with the rest of the tune, you do kind of feel that there could be something else done with the bass to encourage the tune to go elsewhere.

As the tune progresses, the high pitched "siren whine" sounds a little too aggressive and it dominates the bass. With that out of the way, the track becomes more one dimensional, which is a shame and in the end, it just tends to blur back into white noise. I was disappointed with that, but I daresay that many clubbers wouldn't be bothered by that though.

LOL, it's indeed funny watching with the agnryfaic visualisation.
Thanks for the review man ;)
