Well, on the one hand, you can tell this is a much earlier work; your tempo is a little shaky at times, and it sounds like some of the notes were accidentally held for too long. Aside from that, though, this is wonderful; I always thought this sounded like it belonged on a ragtime piano or jazz band.
Interesting touch with the constant coin and eventual extra life sounds; it made me wonder what the hell you were doing until I heard the tune, and I loved the bass run during 0:50 to 1:09. I just wish you hadn't let the sustain on the last note get cut off.
