"I remember this stage"

This an awesome metalization of the 2nd stage of battletoads battlemania. Even though it reminds me of how mad I would get at the spikes on the wall, it's still awesome.

learn to mute your strings more so you dont hear all the noise in between

Author's Response:

Yeah, I've been playing for years and I know how to mute my strings, the buzzing inbetween the stops was because I had the gain turned up too high.

I never played Battletoads, but this theme is still awesome...
Think you'll ever do a Metroid cover?

"I remember Battletoads back then, and now again!"

date: May 8, 2007

I never played Battletoads before, but I've remembered the title and its looks. I know I should have my own NES with me at my young ages. It's a shame I only got SNES as being my first video game system at home. But, oh well, at least I know Battletoads pretty good.

Yet, another good attempt to make this tune to be metalized you ever did. But there is a problem besides the quality. Now I know that it may be sound too much to bother about the quality, since most of your works were made in an early attempt. There is one problem on tune, in which is the only thing I can find. At the near end, it sadly end up feeling like the music have been ended, but it turns the volume into a normal beat. At the end, it feels like the tune's length have been cut off. I know that your computer is awfully sucks pretty bad, but still you're doing okay for sure. Still at least I liked this tune. Just I didn't hoping to be good as others despite being better of course. ;)

"awesome!!"

date: August 15, 2006

That was just fucking awesome!!! Brings tears to my eyes....By the way, there are some other cool themes that need metalizin...the maximum carnage (SNES) and battletoads and double dragon intros...and hey, i got to level 5 in battlemaniacs, perhaps it's the best song in the whole game -even those that don't recognize it will have their faces blown!!!
keep up the good job, dude, you're monster!!

Author's Response:

WOW YOU READ MY MIND!!!
Yeah I remember Maximum Carnage, but I can't remember the music. BUT, Battletoads eh! Yeah, level 5 is something I've been thinking about metalizing for a long time. It's got a fast part that is quite hard to play on guitar, but when I can get the hang of playing it I'll cover it. And the music from the first and third levels rule on Battletoads vs Double Dragon too. Also, the second bonus stage on Battlemaniacs is on my to do list aswell! Cheers for the cool review mate!
