well...
it's good, but it sounds a bit... weak.
it needs a bit more kick to it, a harder sound, if that makes any sense.

i had to try my hand at this. This definatly dosent sound complete to me so ill just call this a beta of the song. i need some guitar effects but its just so hard to find em. ill just have to upgrade i guess but enjoy listening to my first version of the final boss to yoshi's island

This is a great remix of one of my favorite boss fights (of all time)!! I think you did a great job!The instruments you used were a great mix.
Great but...
Notes are wrong. Way too many wrong notes for me to actually enjoy, it bothers me a lot. Rhythm is spot on in every part, though. Some sounds are way too loud, and I can't hear whatever is playing under the melody.
Intro is nice, but the one whole note could really make me eager to listen to the whole song if it was a slow trill about halfway into the notes value. (I believe it was a concert D)
(Unfortunately, the bass is the only part with right notes, but I can't hear it.)
I give it a 7, mostly because, well, Notes always come first.

but it wouldn't be much of a "remix" if it was note for note right? change is always good and not everything will be perfectly on target but im not critisizing you for your opinion. theres always room for improvement an yes, this one has alot of flaws so ill leave it at that.

I recently lost my Yoshi's Island for NES :(
I do have the emulated versionbut it's just not the same though.
