If you haven't played Cave Story, then you're missing out on that reference. Google it, play it, love it, get pissed at the secret level, remember it forever.
For those who have played Cave Story, this is a remix I made of "Last Battle". It's probably the heaviest remix I've ever made because it's the first time I'm utilizing fountains of double bass drumming. It's also very inspired by Joren de Bruin's (Tensei's) remix of the same track which was OCR-approved and can be found here:

When I was making this remix, at first I couldn't settle on a name. After repeated listens to my old betas, I simply imagined this track playing during the -actual- time when the phrases I quoted happened. Resulted in a simple title, but it's exactly what I imagined.

wow!
I liked it but i felt that the guitar parts should be louder than the drums as i cant really hear the main theme at some parts. good song by the way!
I completely understand, but it's a little too late to change that now is it ^^; Thanks though.

Story of my life
The guitar, well i dont have to say it, was just great, i know how much you must have worked on this...
The drums, a bit too repeditive, you need a different beat no and then, for the song itself, the same through and through, nice job.
Yep, the drums can be repetitive since I basically made the entire song repeat except with variations here and there. Thanks for your review! ^^
