Just listened to your preview and quickly made this (Obviously I have not mastered or EQ'd it as I made it in like 5 minutes)
But I copied the part you made and then added to it, I think this is how you should make it.

Of course you can :)
You can either listen and copy what you hear or if you download this mp3 I recorded it at 146 bpm.... So if you set your BPM (tempo) in fruityloops to 146 it will stay in line with it.
