K, well I started this yesterday morning, because I felt the need to make a videogame remix of a song, and turn it into trance. I thought this theme was quite fitting.
Please feel free to tell me what you think.
EDIT (May 15th): Made the beginning more interesting, with some familiar parts from the original theme (clap rhythm & lead pattern) added more FX as well. :]
EDIT (May 22nd): Changed the transition so that it flows better. Got rid of the long silence at the end too. Done? :/

dude SticksOdoom is right
I mean come on, this song isn't REALLY a remix to the gerudo valley or any of the other great/OK remix of gerudo valley on newgrounds, and you can't sit there and tell him to doing better he just giving out opinion and yeah your song got like 3 mins of the song and its A BIG FUCKING LOOP -_-
I'm actually surprised I came across this review, if you want to call it that.
I haven't been on Newgrounds for several months only because I've really slowed down on my production pace, but funny enough I decided to look at all my old tracks tonight and I came across this!
First off I'd like to point out that this IS a remix of Gerudo Valley, and that I can interpret it however I please. There is no rule on how to remix a track.
I love how you pretty much copied SticksOdoom's 'review' almost word for word, and it's a year and a half old, with the only difference being the score you gave me.
I could honestly care less about losers like you that have nothing better to do but criticize music you can't appreciate.
PS: If you were a real fan of Zelda, you would've noticed the 8ths claps at the intro and outro of the track, which are very similar to the original track.
PPS: Looked at your profile and realized you're not even much of a Newgrounder anyway, so really, stop trolling.

Too much your own
First, the intro doesn't even relate to the song, and it takes up a good third of the song. It's more of a trance song that took some melodic inspritation from Gerudo Valley than a remix of it. There was only one section of the song that was a legitimate remix, and that just looped.
Overall, this was okay for a trance song, but not a good remix at all, and I honestly expected better.
I'd like to see you do better.
