This Remix Should go for Gold

Totally awesome dude.
If you want a challenge, do a remix of Final Fantasy 7: Weapon Raid.

ArcaneAddiction responds:

why not... i'm in between band practices and i'm finding myself drawn to making versions of songs... i was thinking of doing Wanderers From Y's 3 the Ilvern Ruins/Lava Caverns because i found a method in it that could be symphonic metal especially if you listen to the sega genesis versions... they just grind really well to make it sound like death metal orchestra with some light touches...

Weapon Raid from FF7 will be on my list... expect it after the studio gets cleaned out...

Well done!

This brought back memories!

A very nice way of covering the original track,
Although the song could have used some original parts, I enjoyed this track.

If this was your first track, I have to say that It was excellent compared to my first work.
Well done!!

ArcaneAddiction responds:

my first BGM audio cover, out of one due soon when i return to the studio. all parts were in fact original from the game, just broken down for what a live band could perform, and in this case, this will be performed when we all pull together and begin practice this summer. otherwise, not my first home studio recording. god the first one was in 1998, and it sounded like shit. this cover was done in 2004.

hrmmm I dont remember seeing this song..

Well not much reaches the front page these days because of the downraters - so that might be why..

I was never a big metroid fan tho so I can't compare it to the game version

sounds pretty kewl tho.

DAMN!

Just the other day in work I was thinking about covering this when I got home. But I forgot!!!
Anyway, this is probably better than what I would have made if I covered it, so good job!
