I was actually inspired to write this after I heard a round. I loved the idea of the round but I didnt want to base the entire song on a round. You will notice the very beggining and the very end is a round with a little more added in the middle. I think the piece sounds great and even though it gets a little iffy on some of the parts I blame the fact that its a midi and cant have the human effect of a real cello player xD I hope you enjoy "A Cello's Quintet".

well

Sounds pretty good. I know I have the same problem when I write my pieces in MIDI format, The least you could do is add some dynamics, change the volume levels. Also, it could have been better with some good panning, I'm not sure if you did pan the instruments, but to me it sounded like it needs some work.

Remember, at least change the dynamics! If you write the midi files in guitar pro, there's a tool that actually does the dynamics through the whole song for you!

Lightningpichu responds:

Yes i know i know, dynamics are super important. But the prograsm I use isnt very good. Dynamics are almost pointless with the midi... I did not plan this one out, but I usually do plan alot of the stuff I write though. This one was kind of a spur of the moment. Ive never heard of guitar pro but I will look it up.
