Depending on one's definition of a "beat", one can mean practically anything.
Are you referring to a key melodic line? The basic rhythm of the thing? The drawing factor?

The melody was catchy, although the song did get a bit repetitive at times. My favorite part was when the flute thingy (?) came in at about 1:35.

Keep on making songs, I'd love to hear more.

Thank you. To answer your question; yes, it actually is a flute. I just thought to myself; boy, could this piece use a random a pan flute that has hardly any melodic relevance or correlation... More are soon to come.
