nice use of the high violins and muted brass/french horn .

Theory destroyer

Violins and similar string instruments wouldn't work well or at all in the bitter cold so there.

[+] for the piece overall. The violin adds a nice touch and if you make it sound more emotional and draw out the notes for a dramatic spin, should sound even better.

[-] for the mood. If your background is a stormy, cold mountain top you should add some blustery wind faintly through the piece or at least at the beginning and at the end to make it sound like the listener is actually the traveler who hears the music far off through the wind and then goes towards it. Just a thought though.

hmmm....i see your point, very well, would the description of an army marching on a beautiful city work?

P.S. you could have been a little less offensive in the naming of your review, i dont hink that this song particularly "Destroys music theory"
