Another ambient piece, inspired by Carl Sagan's Pale Blue Dot and seeing Knowing which was an epic ass movie.

Review and enjoy :)

I really love this song. It's sounds so sad and quiet...It's an epic sound and it's awesome.

Btw. this reminds me of "That final Morning" and "Time of your life"

I hear Lord of the Rings too! :)

Superb sounds, my friend! Excellent balancing and mixing, I love how the lead synth had that great swell to it, and the subtle triplet backing synth you chose. :)

Very very nice work indeed.

Roll them toms boy!

I liked the tom rolls you used in the drumline; it made the whole thing seem kind of epic, BUT I'd say they got maybe a bit over-used for the first 1:30 or so... otherwise, the samples you put in were spot on and realy well balanced (in terms of EQ). Nice ending btw, with the fading voice sample; I didn't see the movie, is it a line from the movie or somewhere else?

Rawrthaas responds:

It's part of a speech from the astronomer Carl Sagan.
