Great track, really sounds like a professionally made song.
Hello everybody!
I'm trying to brush up on my Electro House productions with heavier basses, booming kicks, and grooving percussion. This is another Electro House production that I have been working over this past week. In my perception, this is my personal achievement, but I value the feedback of others, in this case the NG house listeners community :).
I have been experimenting with layering single claps and preclaps and I am extremely happy with what I have done with the clap in this track. I also have been working on doing shaker loops myself without the laziness of using a preset loop. So I give you my own self-patterned shaker loop in this track. The drum samples were also designed to avoid using raw files in the sample CD I used, so I layered and pitched all the drum hits.
Please enjoy! Comments and rates always welcome...
Production Notes:
-Production time - 7-9 days
-Program used - Propellerhead's Reason Version 4
-VST's used - NONE (it's Reason 4 mother-f**ker)
-Samples used: Reason Sound Bank and Xfrscd01
-BrokenCrossfader
(Used Propellerhead's Reason 4 to make this magic happen)
Great track, really sounds like a professionally made song.
5/5, download and fav.
Really impressive!
Snappy, slick and subtle track...
this particular track is brilliant and has the potential to become a true dance club legendary track. your talent is truly wonderful; you have a subtle way of artfully embellishing and exalting simplicity that really impresses listeners at a very reptilian-brain level. also, the fact that you're that young is just stunning. much love man. i'm praying for you.
also, i copied my post from your youtube profile:
dude, i'm from chicago; i rarely ever comment on anyone. i've worked in the entertainment industry (mainly concert halls and dance clubs) since 1985, when i started working for cabaret metro and smart bar. i actually ran an underground house and punk club (called futureshok) on the northside, around 1989-1990. i'm /really/ impressed with your awesome skills, and wish you luck in what i'm sure will be%uFEFF an incredible career in music for you. the best advice i have for you, is to introduce yourself to joe shanahan (the owner of cabaret metro). be sure to tell him that terry sent you... :)
