I use a program called Fruity Loops. Fruity Loops 8 to be specific. I only have the demo version of it however, though it's just as functional as the full version.

Now dude! I have to say that this was really epic! I decided that during the last boss of Phantasy Star Portable I would listen to this and it was so epic! Thanks for the wonderful music man! Oh, and have a great day!
