Haha sorry...great attempt but..lyrics were meant to be on beat and it sounds best that way, but off beat is weird and stuff. Nice atempt tho. Still get a 9/10 and 5/5 :D
I'm entering too, man a lot of people did you're my angel...good thing thats not on my choice of lists :D

I really like the deep bassy melody the song as, its one song I really enjoyed
its show professional kick ass trace song from yah :3
well the vocals they were nice, that nice I didn't even know they were off, till I got to ear to other submission....even so this is a nice piece from you, even in the mixing level and all, so keep it up dude

No seriously, very good song! (heh, I mean remix)
The piano is very good and...the vocals are somewhat attracting, not catchy, I really mean attracting.

and I agree, The vocal are better placed off beat!

"Ooo.. Vocals are off"

I'm not sure if you did it on purpose but the acapella is out of beat. Check out my vocal example (it's my most recent song). That's how the acapella should fit in there.

Other than that, great rendition!

I know what you mean,but i personally think the vocal sounds better offbeat with the melody like this..it has a sort of nice melody repeat effect...i listened to the original ( wich i didnt like ) ,and i might sound arrogant,but i think putting the vocal offbeat to the melody sounds better,so yeh it was totally intended like this cos like this when he sings "you're my angel" there comes this sweet melody..sometimes offbeat is ON beat lol
