Gifted But Twisted's punk/ska cover of Obladi-Oblada by The Beatles. First off, this is a special project for us. This was inspired after hearing Obladi-Oblada on the radio and the song really effected me that day. I know alot of people will probably think this is insulting to The Beatles, but the purpose of recording this was not to try to outdo them, but more to put some of John Lennon's poetry and the overall magical feeling of The Beatles into a new genre. I do not claim that our version comes anywhere near The Beatles, I just personally love them and wanted to pay tribute to them and just expirement. I'm sorry if this song pisses anybody off, it's just for fun.

R.I.P. John Lennon

The beatles Rock.So much of rock is based of the beatles. In fact I don't tink we would any hard rock if wasn't for thim manely because of the fact that the where really the first huge band to have the hole band of bass, rythm, lead and drums wich is standered in grunge, punk, metal, clssic rock, alternative, hard rock, and power pop.
