Well now.
I didn't think I'd ever get around to this, but The Clash was so popular I couldn't resist. Verin100 wanted me to call this "The Kerplunk" or something but I prefer my title over his.
What we have here, as much as it pains me to say it, is music from Final Fantasy 7 *shudder* mixed with 10 and 3, which make up for 7. And as much as I dislike 7, I like how it fits into this song. I'm not sure whether I hold it in the same esteem I hold The Strike or The Clash, but I do like it a lot.
And before you ask, NO. No, there will NOT be a song in this series with the battle music from Final Fantasy VIII, or X-2, or XI, or XII, or the upcoming XIII - FORGET IT.
ESPECIALLY FF8. You hear me? NO FF8!
*breathes.*

A great song
But i just have to ask, whats wrong with FF8's battle theme?
In my opinion (people are allowed to have 1) it had the best ones.
I just have this thing with FF8 in general. 7 I can put up with mixing music from because I can begrudgingly admit that while I don't like it, I at least enjoyed it enough to finish it. FF8 I couldn't even begin to play. Just... hatred hatred hatred.

yay, FFVIII bashing!
I still think FFXII was an OK game (not great, but not a complete POS like oooh, say... FFVIII, or to a lesser extent, FFVII (i replayed it recently. your right, 7 was pretty bad.)) i mean i can see a lot of the same arguments that you used against 7 working against 12, but at least there is only one crap character in 12, and besides, at least they tried something new... what they tried was, well, vaguely masturbatory, but they're trying, and that earns points from me. but you and i have already had this argument sooo... yeah.
oh yeah, good remix BTW. very good, and made me want to go play FFIX. yay you, ya goofy canadian.

Wonderful
I was suprised at this one. Final Fantasy 7 did seem a perfect fit and I congratulate you on seeing past your dislike of it to include it. You also blended Final Fantasy 10 and 3 rather well. On the whole, very well done. What suprised me, however was the name. Judging from the name, I had expected a little of Final Fantasy 9 (With their Festival of the Hunt battle theme). Although I was a little sad not to hear it, this was still worthy of its name. Congratulations on a job well done.
FF9 was included in The Clash, if you're interested. Thanks for the review!
