I can't deny your skill and creativity. It's not my style, but I wont hold that against you. My main problem with it isn't that it's too long, it's why it's too long. I notice so many artists feel the need to go through 8 measures before adding another layer of music. It seems like lollygagging to me. That's what makes things repetitive. You move on to an abundance of musical variety, but it takes too long to get there. Maybe I'm just too ADD. You've got a lot of really cool parts in the song, but your transitions drag on and on. Compared to the highlights, the musical troughs seem like a sea of mediocrity.
Anyway, good job. Very complex sounds and a catchy rhythm. It's got a nice feel to it. Aside from the fundamental disagreement I so thoroughly described, you've done some fine musical craftsmanship. Don't let my review get you down.
Cheers.
