Yeah well, I can't call this a full song really, it lacks structure but still has quite a cool rhytm in the beginning. It was all meant to be just a sound test for my new digital instruments and mainly drums (As I SUCK at doing drums), and then the shamisen which i LOVE. I decided to upload it so that maybe someone can have a bit of inspiration. Also I have no idea in which category to put it, but i put it in video games, as i had street fighter as an inspiration

I could have made this useful over several days...

I could go on about how good this is and kiss your ass some more, but I really have nothing more to say then:

You made an AWESOME samurai song!

The sting sounds with piano and drums where so perfect, I can't really say you did anything wrong or how you even made this! Good show and keep the awesome up!

Why the f*** did this song have under a 3 before?!

I don't think it's perfect, but In my mind, this is very well done. Keep up the good work, man!

freaking love it

I don't understand why I'm the first to review. This is insanely awesome. I too am in love with the shamisen. :) I have yet to use it in any of my works, but I definitely will at some point. I'm glad someone else out there respects a good Asian instrument as much as I do. And when I read your comments about it, I was expecting much less than what came out of my speakers. That means you're being way too hard on yourself. There's always room for improvement, but this is still awesome as hell. I have been aspiring to put together a flash game with an Asian theme, and if I ever do, I would love to use this song in it. Consider yourself accomplished as far as this piece is concerned. :D

Charleon responds:

Why not ask me to make the song you want instead, it's always nice to have custommade music, don't you agree? ;),
glad to see there are fellow shamisenlikers out there
