the whole song progressed very nicely, and all the instruments complimented nicely. I also like the use of the double pedal for the drums. They weren't used excessively, and were used at the right times to really drive the song. The bass was loud enough to where you could tell that it was there and you could hear how it pushed the song more. The guitar was very nice and had a power metalish feel to me, though I could be mistaken. The rapid play at 3:54 was also a very nice way to end the song. If you can figure out what the music means to you, then I'm sure you could also figure out some vocals to compliment the music. But it is also a very, very, VERY good standalone instrumental song.
The feel of the song to me is one of hope, and could actually to me be used to some extent in a tribute video to a video game or some random video that has lots of battle sequences. Again a very nice song, keep up the awesome work!
