At 40 seconds you should put in a different instrument like a synth. I liked how this was made entirely with a piano and a shaker though. You should make it longer though. ;)

Author's Response:

This was made entirely with Acoustic Guitar, Piano and the HipHop drum kit. :P
No shaker.
Thankss. :)

A great loop. Probably the way that more loops need to be like on this website. It has a great fast pace to it and is a fun submission to listen to. It almost reminds me of music that you would here for a short period of time in an RPG game.

Can't wait to hear the full version of this. What exactly does speedcore looped version mean? Does that mean you sped this one up a little bit or something like that? Or is that just the type of music? Sorry for my ignorance, but I don't know that much about music. :P

like the paced guitar beginning, keep that rhythm there....

kinda needs more variety....try adding high pitch guitar single notes

when you start with the percussion, maybe you should try making it the same rhythm of the guitar, see if you put the drums in the song "holes", if it gets good or just see where it goes better :P

The pianos, why don't you just try playing part of the guitar rhythm?, in a mix way, it would do a strange kind of progression of the song, then you could enter with the full rhythm of it but slightly changed in a combining way, or try playing a reverse rhythm as a try-out :P

advice, when doing a full song:

try a slower progression...but not too slow!!!!
have variety(change rhythms and sound or have some more instruments)
try having a solo to change a little the mood of the song a keep some of the listener attention
don't do rough breaks
try ending with the slow down of the melody(its only and advice :P)

sorry for the what cruddy and simple review :P, but if you need more audio review, don't hesitate and ask =)

At 00:16 is when it really starts to all tie together. And it just gets better after that.
You kept the beat cohesive with the melody and instruments throughout the loop, which loops great by the way.
You ended it perfectly in my opinion, but a bit less of an abrupt stop of the beat, maybe a slight echo to the last beats before the loop-end would help with a more subtle transition to the loop-start.
I enjoyed this.

Speedy, but not speedcore. I can has credit for my parts? :P The full version is going to be pretty slow, guys... and will also be a lot better and sound pretty different. ;) 80 BPM. I should work on it a little... The collab is slowing down *too much*. MOTIVATION! GIMME MOTIVATION! >_<
