"Awesome, but not completely metal"

I'd say it's actually post-hardcore, but with more metal influences than the average, it very strongly reminded me of the band silverstein, and the emo-style singing voice with a strong emphasis of singing over screaming is definitely a post-hardcore characteristic.
Great guitar part, good singing, great drumming, awesome job.
Overall, amazing, sounds great, but it's post-hardcore, not metal. (though, since there isn't an emo section, this would be the right place to put that anyway.)
I'm sorry to hear that you broke up, because you definitely sound like you should be signed or something.

Thank you for your review, thats what I would have put this song in if there was a genre for it, you nailed it, but I just found out that we are getting back together, so if you want any more information about it, just send me a message, should have another album out it early spring
