Due to increase in popularity of this remake, I want to make damn sure you all know I did not compose this. The original theme was composed by John Murphy for the movie 28 Days Later. If you want to use this for anything, make sure you mention he was the original composer, while still giving me credit for the remake. The last thing I need is John Murphy's lawyers knocking on my door because my name was on this in some high school play.

So... I was being an insomniac and figured instead of just sitting around all night I'd try remaking the 28 Days Later (Movie) theme.
Why? I dunno... cause I like it.

I plan to replace all the guitars with real ones soon instead of the shitty FL Studio samples.

Programs/VSTs used:
FL Studio 8
Miroslav Philharmonik

Took me 7 hours straight... But I managed to get it damn close to 100% accurate... You can play this with the actual track and you will barely be able to tell the difference.... Only thing that really gives it away, as mentioned before, is the shitty guitar samples.

Well, since I've never seen the movie or heard the original theme song, all I can say is that to me it sounds like a mix between Freddy Krueger and aliens from outer space. Sure, the beginning was neat but after that... meh...

Author's Response:

Well, due to procrastination, I can't edit this upload to include the guitars I was hoping to add. So, it's kind of pointless to upload the same thing twice I'll probably leave it as is...

I might still do the guitars on my own time just to see how well it turns out, but chances are I won't upload it.

wow....this one is fuckin creep with the Badgers background visualizers lol...but anyway good job, before i read the comment before me i though it was just the accual song. You did a really good job. after listening to the movie i did notice the difference in guitars, but after you put in real guitar like you said it should be almost impossible to know which ones which! Great stuff!! 5/5
