At the beginning when its quiet theres a patient in an insane asylum in his room...
At 0:13 when its like a-a-a-a--aaaah its like flashing and zooming in on him then when it explodes with music he busts out of his cell and goes on a killing spree.

Sounds like pokemon glitching up lol. Definitely artistic and definitely brings out the emotion of insanity. This is probably the type of music that goes through my head when I'm having serious lower back pain at my job.
