I wrote half of this about 7 years ago. Now I've remade it in Fruity Loops and added a bunch to it.

Imagine this song playing while walking on a bunch of clouds. At least, that's what I had in mind.

"Please let me be"

date: September 20, 2009

If you've ever finished a Video Game RPG that mainly concerns boy girl relationships and watch the credits it's kinda like this. You know the kind, girlys jumping on matresses eating each other with pellows with tastless Japanese sexual humor that I hate. And realise I can visualise all this in my head right now not something I'm proud of. (Flash) This isn't happening!

If it makes you feel better your song fit's together perfectly, even when it changes tone completely at 1:26.
Not that I hate it it's just that your jams bring back memorys of ending themes from Japanese cartoons... That's not good... No, no, that's umm, bad! Bad times, reaaallly bad times. They eat at me when I'm fast asleep but disappear when I sit up screaming!

I'M NEVER GOING BACK!!!

"wow!"

date: September 1, 2009

love the bell beginning with the wind and the bids - such vivid imagery!

I find your bass backing is too weak though - it feels like you have this wonderful heavenly start but the rest of the song is struggling to catch up - I recommend you listen to every song you make first with headphones -and then speakers :)

I love the lead though - almost sounds like a sytrus lead :)

this has massive potential - I hope you realize that :) - I can just picture in my mind how it should be - a heavenly spirited song that just whips you up - hugs you and then spins you off into the stars :)

try to make it like that :)

awesome start though!

Wow, thanks for the review!
I've always felt like something was missing from this song. It feels empty. Kicking up the bass, and maybe varying it might fill that gap. Maybe I'll rework this song and re-release it. :P

Thanks for the helpful review! It really made me feel good! :D

Author's Response:

No actually, I've never heard of that game. I should look it up and see if it sounds similar.

"nice"

date: June 16, 2009

I wanted to say a thing about the birds...

Normally I wouldn't like them, if I was just listening to it normaly.

But if I was to use it in a flash or something, the birds would make a great adition to the song! I say if you want to, make a remake of this one and cut the birds, but keep this one up too! (so two diffrent versions)

Author's Response:

Yeah, I wanted to make the song seem more... Like you were there; more like a realistic video game atmosphere.

Hmm, It sounds good, but its a bit repetitive and the bird chirping gets annoying, but other then that it's pretty cool, but I can't really imagine myself walking on clouds listening to this ^^.

Author's Response:

Yeah, I was debating cutting out the birds too. I didn't have that great of a sample to begin with. Also, when I made this song it was originally designed for a side-scroller I wanted to make. This was the sky level song.
Also, I can see what you mean by repetitive, I only used two different melodies :P
