UPDATE: Bear Farm is now available on iTunes. It isn't any different from the version here but yeah - whatevers. I'd totally appreciate it if you'd download it. Also - the EP is coming soon.

One night, my friend Dylan was in my room, dicking around on my very nice keyboard. As per such, my 'board emitted several painful tones - much to the displeasure of everyone in the room (i.e. me). Coincedentally though, Logic Pro was open also, set on some synth setting. Hearing that - I decided to make something that didn't sound nearly as bad.

Hopefully you'll find Bear Farm more appealing than fists pounding on a piano too.

Well...

The song was a bit slow for my taste in listening. But i think this'd really go well with the right flash animition. (For me and possibly some others) the song needs some more of an upbeat elemnt to keep the listener (me/some others, i don't speak for the audio portal here) entertained with the song. Thus why i think it'd go well with an animation, the song is something nice for your ears to chew on, but it doesn't indulge them (for me/some others)
-7/10, 3/5

Ben-the-Jew responds:

Actually I think I would agree. I have a problem with over indulging myself when I'm making tracks. I get so entertained by what I'm working on I sometimes drag shit out waaaaay too long. Thusly I'm considering reworking this song at some point to be maybe faster and perhaps half time (* minutes is a LOT to ask of any audience really).

Thank you for the feedback!

Well thanks for not downvoting me too hard - that's nice but I really would've liked some constructive critique on my work so I can, ya know, improve.
