Great!

The way you modeled the I, IV, V, I chord progression in this piece was PHENOMENAL. Sure, it's the most common chord progression in music, but the way you handled it was just amazing.

I REALLY love how upbeat and catchy this piece is. I can't seem to get it out of my head! =) You know, a lot of inexperienced people wouldn't quite see this as jazz. They seem to be used to the most common "smooth jazz" one may find on the radio. These people may consider this piece to be "too upbeat" or something. But, us "musicians" KNOW what's really going on. ;-)

Anyways, keep up the good work. I noticed "Cool as Ice" also follows the same chord progression. You might see where a jazz version of that goes. DON'T STOP WRITING MUSIC!!!

Oh God, the quality's a tad lower than usual, but the overall song is WAY too upbeat and cheerful to actually feel like jazz at all. But it's not far FAR below average, so a 4 is still doable.
