This one is probably not finished yet. There are still a few things I want to add or change, such as adding in a bit of a bass solo and lengthening it by making little spin-out phrases, cutting, adding, etc, etc, etc.

But enough of what I want it to be.

I made this one based on an improvisation I played on my piano about 8 months ago. Since then it's been completely transformed - twice. I kinda enjoy listening to it, personally. The name is just what I thought it originally sounded like - even though it sounds nothing like the original now, I think it still sorta fits.

Please feel free to review this.

smooth song.

It really flowed well, really well. I did get kind of bored waiting for the buildup and climax, which I think started at around... 1 minute and 20 seconds, and then it just kind of abruptly stopped... which I don't know if I like or don't like.

You had a good song, though... just maybe take certain unnecessary parts out so we can hear your quick piano work sooner.

ObsidianSnow responds:

Lol I definitely was just trying to learn how to put a song together properly at this stage (this was released almost a year ago XD ). You should check out my newer stuff. I've since learned how to do things properly, and you'd likely enjoy those far more. (After all, this was my first submission to NG)

Thanks for your review, Uninvited642. I'm always glad to get reviews that actually contain some constructive criticism.

Why?

Why is it called puppetry? It's a jazz song... otherwise it's fine.

ObsidianSnow responds:

... I'm not sure why you think "Puppetry" doesn't work with jazz. It's just the name of the song. o _0

Nonetheless, thanks for reviewing.

Hmm. Hip-hop? I could try that... it might work. o _0
I'm glad you enjoyed this one - you'd probably enjoy "Pseudonym" even more, though.

Thanks for the review, mothafuckus.

nice tune

could have added more

ObsidianSnow responds:

I won't disagree, I definitely could have added more... I still might do so in the future, too. This being the first full piece I ever released, however, I think it did alright. I'm sure you'd enjoy my more recent releases far more.

Nonetheless, thanks for the review, FizzyCola.
