I worked VERY hard on this in FL Studio 8. Took me altogether about um... let's say 2 hours to get the notes right. Hope you like it!

"2 hours to get the notes right?"

Besides the fact that you are lieing because you just used an midi file with the notes already made, the song is terrible. it uses a bunch of presets that don't sound good together.

"couldve been better..."

It sounded promising for about the first 3 seconds of it, and then it just... died. You got the right notes for sure, but overall, it just sounded... bad. Just spend an extra hour to re-do the instruments and make the transition in the beginning smoother. Trust me, it'll sound a lot better.

".....what?"

Right. I'm going to be brutaly honest with this. Not particularly impressed with the whole creation of this piece. Yes you show skill. And yes as far as keeping the right notes on the main sections in time with the original piece, you did well. My hat off to you on that. But the sounds, and in general, everythign else, was done terribly. It lacks 'oomph' and the 'guitar' is nothing short of torturous. The background sounds?.... How did you make those? Headbutting the lid of a trashcan? Come on lad. I can see you have skill and talent, don't waste it on submissions like this. My advise would be to go and look back on how you can improve this. And for gods sake make the guitar quieter. And less piercing. It's more annying than anything. I'll give you a 4 for the effort.

"Very Nice"

date: February 14, 2009

I liked the remix. It reminded me of Sonic 1, Sonic Advance 3 (Sunset Hill Zone) and Sonic Adventure 2 (Green Hill Zone). It mostly sounded like the track from Sonic Advance 3.

The opener is very nice.

Good job. (Sorry, I don't really have anything to say other than it's a good remix.)
