sublime_this track, I think you should make it a bit longer. Just awesome when the piano comes in for a few bars, and then back to main groove/ do more stuff like that, but every time add a new surprise.

Why thank you, Tokolos.

The trick in short songs is that you don't have to worry about variety. I can just do a simple melody, repeat it a few times over and it's around three minutes and sounds quite neat. But five or seven minutes of the same starts to seem like padding and repetitious. Then again, I like short songs. I mostly don't even bother listening longer songs.

So in music as in animation, shortness is an artistic excuse for laziness. :)
