A follow up on Staring At Rain, partly inspired by elieltomas' awesome DnB remix too, I give you: Staring At Hail.

This piece is a bit more melodic, and less IDM. Whether that's a good thing, I'll let you decide in the millions of reviews that you are required to leave.

"Interesting."

I recommend...

1. Turning up the beginning pads by a lot to where the vibrate.
2. Add instuments such as drums and violins.

It is a nice soothing tune though.

Author's Response:

Drums to a further extent than already in the song wouldn't really work that well, because the tempo changes almost constantly throughout the song.

I will have to think about violins, though. This was never meant to be an acoustic piece, but rather have more abstract, synthetic instruments and percussion. However, now that it is pretty acoustic nevertheless, violins might be a welcome addition.

Very good, soft and calm.

For those of you who are deaf, you should read this, and imagine how it sounds.

Author's Response:

Hey, thanks. I didn't originally plan a drum, but I did it anyway and it seemed to work alright. It was influenced by the great The Island Soundtrack.

And I'll sure check your work too!
