My first work of 2009!

I thought I'd do a remix of the main base song from No More Heroes for the Wii, seeing as it's been going through my head for the last few... months...

Anyway, enjoy!

"sorry but"

you missed a LOT of notes making the whole song not sound authentic.
And I know, ive been playing the game in every difficulty making me get use to the tune.

Instrument Blend:
The piano and synth sounded good together--well, that's how they did it in the game! However, the background synth felt a little like an afterthought... and the drums were too soft.

Accuracy:
The beats were off a little; enough to be noticeable. And the melody was incorrect in a way I don't believe you were doing on purpose.

Clear Concept:
This didn't really feel to me like you knew what you were going to do with the piece once you got it started. It became redundant and dull.

Originality:
There wasn't anything really new or exciting about your remix; it had no character of the arranger in it. And that's what I personally look for in a remix.

Other Comments:
I did enjoy that you put the little snippet from the actual game at the end, but I just didn't care for this piece.

Okay so it's not perfect, but as far as I've seen on NG so far, this is probably the best NMH submission, which is sad so NMH is an underated but truly epic game.
