The first pattern reminds me of Zelda (dungeon theme)/Tetris...but not really a game remix

Reviewerizing in progress...

Bass line was out of tune with the rest of the instruments, drums were too weak. For a second it hit the speres and i thought it was going to start getting better but they just cut out.

Its pretty average all in all, but would be MUCH better with softer instrument playing the treble, may i suggest a sine?

Sounds like Brimstar from Metroid

The bass is really scratchy. At higher volumes it sounds like its giving up. The main beat is alright, but nothing really too special. There needs to be an accompaning melody. The synth was too drowned out in the backgrous to really consider as the melody. Good counterpoints however. But the synth interlude was too loud. You caught me off guard with the breakdown at the middle of the track though, I did appreciate that, gave the song some needed variety. I really wouldn't call this ultimate dementia though. I know its utterly pointless to bring up, but the name didn't strike a chord with me. All I would say is try to fix the first part, or scrap it in favor of expanding the second part, which sounded the strongest.
