Today is finally the day. The day that any american citizen knows that their child...black, white, or otherwise, can amount to something great. Something Fantastic. Obama is our nation's symbol of Hope for the world. A symbol of the dream of one man, a King among his kind. The dream didn't die with the King, the Dream lives on in the hearts of men, women and children of all races.

Together with you, Newgrounds, and the rest of the nation. Let us lift up our hearts to Barack Obama, and welcome him as our key to history.

On a further note, yes, this was completely improvised (besides the Amazing Grace part), and I'm aware its a bit sketchy, but please pay attention to its emotional value. I'd be in Washington D.C. to watch this, considering I live 10 miles away from it, but its too cold for my liking.

Welcome Obama, take off your coat and stay awhile.

well felt

"I have a dream"
"I have a dream"
"I have a dream"
"Thank God Almighty, I Have A Dream"

The dreams of one is felt so much this day
but in my fellings, i believe the dream that the one man had is a lil misunderstood. i think his dream was for us to sure in the strugle of life together as a nation of one. not caring of ones skin, or of religion, or nationality. but as a whole. Obama is a person and i have high hopes and wish him much luck in the hardest job this nation has to offer. but i wish poeple would see him for what he really is. He is a person, not because of his skin but because of who he is and what he stands for. in the first of the race Obama tried to tell poeple that he is a person, but the media kept pushing the point of his skin.

I wish Obama again all the best luck in the future and hope he is remembered for not what he is but for what he does.

CompletedEmotion responds:

"In a nation where people are judged not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."

I couldn't agree more with your words, I couldn't agree more.
