This is unusually cute.

But I have to say I like it. It transforms itself from a Legend of Zelda styled video game theme into a mildly heavy theme that mixes into a piece of artwork.

5 & 9 Reminds me of Final Fantasy

The intro gave me the chills. I love this tune. I would have given it a 10/10 but from about the middle the instruments are not clear for some reason... too much compression or something. I would love to hear you re-do this one and fix it up a bit. Keep up the good work.

for some reason

when i heard this in FF7,
it almost made me cum...
i meant cry.
but you get the point.
note: dude, for the guitar, put a little vibrato in, it makes it sound alot cooler.
even withoot, the song is thuper.

NickSandwich responds:

Yeah man same. I'll never forget the first time I played that game. Fucking epic lol.
I could try to add vibrato. It's harder when you're playing octaves, tho.

Something about this....

It's such a strong piece of music. The beginning is almost enchanting... soft and gently flowing. And then.... the guitar enters, but not abruptly, a slow fade in which perfectly allows it to enter the piece. As it goes on, it steadily grabs onto the listener.... maybe an image of a hero standing up once more perhaps, but the music just grips onto the soul. I believe Nobuo Uematsu what bow to this if mastered with real instruments.... 10/10 and 5/5, Kudos to you.... you deserve it

NickSandwich responds:

Aw shucks. Thanks :)
But what do you mean, real instruments? I played and recorded the keyboards, guitars, bass, and drums all live. That's about as real as you can get.
