"Constructive Criticism"

Hey, I hope I don't come across too harsh in this review, but as a fellow female voice actress with lots of experience in demo production I just want to give a few tips to help you for your next reel.
First off, your demo should showcase characters as well as voices. Saying "I can do a high voice, and I can do a weird voice" shows certain pitches you can achieve, but it doesn't show off character types. So say I wanted to cast you for something high pitched and energetic like Navi, and something a little softer and more mature like Zelda, how would I know you could convincingly pull off those character types and not just those voice pitches? You can pull lines from anime, video games, comic books, whatever... just so they are lines a character would say and not you talking.
At over two minutes, your demo is too long to sustain the interest of most producers. Remember that the Newgrounds audience is comprised mostly of people with short attention spans, so cut out excess talking and make sure it's just one voice after another, BAM BAM BAM flowing into each other. It's better to leave them wanting more than having them wonder how long a certain part is going to drag on and on.
Make sure to have confidence and breath support, and enunciate well. Your articulation is already better than most new VAs but it never hurts to keep it in mind. Generally, the more clearly you speak, the more pro you will sound.
Including music and (optionally) sound effects in your real is a great idea as it assists in visualizing the scene. Listen to the demo reels of professional voice actors for inspiration/to see how it's done.

Well, first let me start off saying thanks for your input! It was a pretty random idea to do the demo I whipped it up in about an hour. I've already done quite a few flash voices so far so I'd say I'm doing alright. Actually if you listen carefully I do about like 9 different characters? and I do even even more than that. I do accents very well, thats pretty much my hook. Theyre all bam bam bam right after each other so I am a little confused on that part. I dont know if you listened to the whole thing but, it doesn't matter much. Thanks for your input! It's really just a hobby. ;)
