Thought I would give Batman's theme a shot but with my own twist on it. This track is called Batman's Pain, illustrating the trauma he had been put through and his ever lasting pain.

Hope you guys like it!

Zimmerized Elfman

Your composition is awesome as it stands alone, but I was partial to the original Danny Elfman soundtrack for its darkness. Even when Hans Zimmer did 'Batman Begins' and 'Dark Knight', it was much darker than this. Meanwhile, your composition is so epic and movie-like (and you used the original movie's them) that I *must* compare it to what the (paid) professionals did. So, I've both put you on the level with Elfman and Zimmer, and stated that you aren't as good. I hope you focus on the complimentary part!

Epic Batman

Seriously, even Batman could sit in his cave and listen to this. You deserve a 'God-damned Batman' medal for this achievement. ^_^

It's been said before...

...that your music could easily be used in a film.
Well I in fact did make a film called "The Exchange" back in 2009 that used this song. I'll admit it was not in that main portion of the film, but rather in the credits alongside an actual song from Batman Begins. I think you'll find that your song fitted quite well with it and the general theme of the film's music.

PS: I included it in the credits because I liked it a lot, but it didn't fit with any scene in the main part of the film. If it did fit, I'm sure it would have been in the main part.

If you'd like to see "The Exchange" you can go to Sh7k0

Keep up the good work!

The Good the Bad and the Ugly of Batman

I must say this is excellent. This reminds me of the Good the Bad and the Ugly score where Tuco is searching for unknown grave filled with money.

I love how you start this out as the heroic tune but quickly change into a more depressing one. It shows that Batman in the midst of agaony does his best to keep the form of a monster. But this time the pain is too great.

You said that this was to illistrate Batman's pain, and I can see this music being set to footage of Batman loosing something valuable, or just reflecting on his losses and being weakened and surrounded by enemies and everytime he is attacked he has a flash back of something he lost.

He remembers the sound of Joe chill's bullet.

He remembers the explosion that killed Jason todd

He remembers everthing and out of emotional fatigue he collapses

That or he is searching for something to ease his suffering only to collapse in his cave or his father's study as the music ends.

It also reminds me of the scene in Superman returns when he is beaten on the mountain of kryptonite. Like Superman, this music paints a scene where Batman is running wounded, desperate to escape the suffering that he has had to endure.
