LOVELY. Excellent mix of styles compliment each other very nicely. I am a sucker for mixing up the expected in music and this does a great job of it!
Keep rocking.
Actually there are 3 music styles clashing here, first part is Rock Ballad, second is Country/ Blues and just third is Metal.
This I made for a collab on another music oriented site, MyBand.ro.
Backing track by Crazy Cowboy (aka Dj Trabant)
All guitars by Mihai Sorohan (aka sorohanro)
The track have 3 parts:
1 - Rock Ballad
2 - Country/ Blues
3 - Metal
So if you know how to count, do it please and write reviews only after.
Thank you.

Oh man, I was going to do the same thing for my friends for Christmas, but now i dont know...and a guy just posted 10 different versions of jingle bells...only oh'tannenbaum remains :)
but seriously, this is a great piece, and i cant really say anything that should be changed. you are one of the musicians here that make ng a nice place to go to
keep it up:)
Sorry for the late reply ...
Thanks for the nice review.
Lmao
Man, you are incredible. When I saw, heavy metal and when I heard the first notes of the song I was like "What the fuck, Soro is drunk ?!". Then I read the description and I understood.
The backing track is fantastic, the instruments sounded great and gave that calm and chilly feeling, I loved it. The country part was funny and that slide guitar was perfect, you really master all guitar techniques, impressive. You said the backing track has been made by Dj Trabant, but what about the drums? They sound really like the drum kit you use in your other songs.
About the guitar work, it was beautiful. Your guitar tone is sweet, I love that guitar tone because of the lack of high frequences, and your feeling is awesome. Though, I agree with DicKfacE, the last part could have been a bit heavier, with a bigger guitar distortion and a stronger drum beat - for example, replace the closed Hi-Hat by the opened Hi-Hat. You can also push up the snare volume.
Overall, this is another master piece from you, each time I listen to your songs, I'm amazed. Congrats on first page and keep up the great work. Also those real music haters are ridiculous. 5'd.
Thanx for review.
Well, I made the drums and mixed on top of the whole backing track only in the "Metal" part.
Was tricky, I had to cut out the frequencies of cymbals out from the backing track, to fit mine ... also low frequencies to fit my own bass drum.
The guitar tone ... that's a classic, I used my effects from my crappy mixer (Behringer Eurorack UB 1204 FX) ... had so much noise to clean ... oh boy ... but is not a bad fx processor ... just very noisy ...
Haha!
You're a funny man. I really had to laugh at the first few seconds. It's just soo damn cheesy. xD
I can only agree on those who just purley listen to the track without even looking at the description. Most of them don't really know what metal is after all...ah well. On to the song.
I like the transitions, very smooth and with an overall good feel. Your playing doesn't suck at all so shuush yo mouth on that. ;) I only wish the metal section had a different tone. Sounds a little bit tooo soft for me...but, that's just me. :)
Overall, a funny little track ya got there!

Thanx man, really appreciate.
Strange thing how people who are really into Metal and play guitar give a good feedback on it and people with no tracks at all give very bad reviews ...
(why laughing at cheesy part? i really love cheese, I might be a French guy inside)
Excellent
It flowed from one style to the next very smoothly. I especially loved the metal part! Of course, without stating there are 3 genres in the title, people will jump the gun and whine about lack of metal, but it's their loss, really.
I'm glad that some people take their time to actually listen to the track.
I really put there all my good intentions ...
Thanx for review.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
