Actually there are 3 music styles clashing here, first part is Rock Ballad, second is Country/ Blues and just third is Metal.

This I made for a collab on another music oriented site, MyBand.ro.
Backing track by Crazy Cowboy (aka Dj Trabant)
All guitars by Mihai Sorohan (aka sorohanro)

The track have 3 parts:
1 - Rock Ballad
2 - Country/ Blues
3 - Metal
So if you know how to count, do it please and write reviews only after.
Thank you.

along with everyone else...

this not metal.

sorohanro responds:

I'm glad that your music is so much better and Metal-ish.
Try to make something to see how hard is, then you criticize and take down someone else's work.

In your shitty review you show just your lack of musical culture, bet you never listened to Iron Maiden, if you had listen you would notice using one of their typically riff rhythm known as "gallop".

Very well made

I especially like how the different styles mesh together so well. You present an overall smoothness not too often seen. Please keep it up :P

sorohanro responds:

Thanx.
I'm glad that you like it (one of the few...).

Good, but...

in my opinion, the style change to metal should have been more drastic or labeled as a metal power ballad because that's more what it sounded like. I'm not saying it's bad, I'm just saying that by calling it metal, you're giving the misconception that it sounds like the current idea of metal, rather than a heavy metal power ballads.

sorohanro responds:

If the list of styles would include metal power ballad ... Guess you're right.
Thanx for review and idea.

Actually I listen to Metal and play Metal for ... 17 years, yep, my first band i had at 16 years and now I'm 33. Played from Thrash to Speed to Death then turned to softer stuff, then playing in a State Philharmonic for 7 years, writing music for 13 theatre plays, 3 movies, appeared as side musician on albums of 6 bands, from Nu-Metal to Jazz, Blues to Folk, Power Metal to Classical ...

I also listen to a lot of music, From Thin Lizzy, Kiss, Deep Purple to Steve Vai, Megadeth, Testament and all the way to Static-X, Korn, Messugah, 40 Below Summer, Deftones, Mastodon ...etc ... etc ...
