I had cae up with the clean riff a while back and decided to put something with it.

...not sure what u mean with flanger....there is none, but i am working on it so i'll prolly post another soon
Definitely pretty cool.
I liked the clean part a lot; it's a cool sounding riff. Your clean guitar tone is awesome as well.
The long lead didn't quite tickle my fancy after the first 45 seconds or so.
The tone of your distortion started to grate on my nerves a bit.
My recommendation is to turn down the gain and treble, to get that sharp edge off the high-end, and then throw some delay on it to soften it up even more.
Another problem was, I was waiting for the solo to end and the drums to kick in and start the song, but it never came. =[
What would be really awesome is if you kind of mimicked Bullet for my Valentine's 'Say Goodnight' and have a clean verse, clean prechorus, maybe a heavy distorted chorus, then go back into the clean part.
Have about three solos, an awesome heavy bridge... the possibilities are endless.
So finish it! I'd like to hear what you can do.
Let me know if you'd like to collab a little, I have some ideas that might go with this.
Metal! \m/
