Just mix it up a bit. Other than the corny snare.

the piano was great. i love the melody and it sounds sweet (except for some clicky sound that can be heard subtly underneath).

the transition however when the drums comes in is awkward. it feels empty and needs some more stuff going on, i suggest reverse cymbal or anything really. also with the drum beat, make it more of an actual beat for instance: kick hat snare hat to say the least instead of the snare every beat.

for your bass, the bassline was simple and it works with the song, but the instrument itself sounded very bad (wayyyyyyyy too distorted). i suggest using another preset or try making your own but no matter what you gotta change it haha.

It would be better if it didn't sound so stock. i think what killed it for me was that lame beat solo after an otherwise great piano riff. Have the beat and piano kick in sooner, and kill that annoying bass bogging down the whole thing.

hmmm just thinking of this song more loud and the beats more sudden i think would sound a bit better. other than that great job!
