Its alright, but...
That high pitched chime really hurts to listen to. Filter it down a little, and do something about the 20 second pause at the end. Though that may be newgrounds. With a little more cohersiveness and not so sharp samples this would be worthwhile, but the technically sloppy production brings it down by 4 points.
