Remember the melody is not within the VST's.
Its within your emotions and mental creativity.
If you really wish to produce something solid, don't aim for fancy instruments.

Yeah I know VST's are great and all and it can polish music and what not.
I always stick with the 3x osc even though i really suck at producing audio.
I always like to make my sounds from scratch. A song should have a nice melody and flowing beats. Purity, simplicity and quality.
Then if your experienced enough you can aim for complexity.

I read your old article "The Perfect Audio" and left a comment.

I went to go check out what "Deadmau5 - Faxing Berlin" was.
It's the same loops located in FL Studio packs, but thats not the point.
This is a nice little song. I like the horn you added to it. It gives it a sense of jumping into the air of freedom.

Thats the sense i get from listening to this song.

Your Friend, V-Mitrox.
