Very badly done. At the very least, you didn't just replace the instruments like so many other people here, but it still sounded like shit because of the poor quality.

Sounds Cheap.
If you don't set the quality to 8-bit (literally), and add the synth for vocals, then it would sound much richer.
Overall, this sounds like the 80s.
