The Adventures of Merrick Kuei Original Soundtrack Mock-up.

This is a fixed version of a file i previously submitted and deleted. I fixed some timing issues and did a better job on equalization. And it's also the first song that I've haven't recorded live in one sitting. I put this one through Audacity and the beat and tonal quality is better than everythign I've submitted so far. Please let me know what you think! Thank-you for your time in listening and reading this.

UPDATE: I've recently fixed the reverb and equalization problems.
UPDATE: This song used to be named "Thematic Test 2" I decided that it needs a name. So now it is officially named "Desert Montage"

"Really nice song."

I really like the theme and the use of the drums. In my opinion, I think the song could've been extended to be a little longer. But the theme is really good. Although to me, it doesn't sound very Saharan (or African), but rather sounds Asian. The strings have a Tan Dun feel to it, and the instrument that comes in at 0:22 gives it a Middle Eastern sound. I guess the latter makes it sound more... desert-ish?
Great song nonetheless, I'd love to hear a longer version!
