Wow an amazing beat! I haven't played MM9 yet because my WIFI Doesn't work.=(
But other than this Whine of mine, This song is Really Great! I Love every beat of it!
I can Seriously imagine this as a Megaman 8 Stage song! =D Fav and Download PLZ! XD! Awesome song! I was if maybe you could try to make a Megaman 8 intro Stage remix as well. Because tis is really something else. =D

Here are the problems:

The piano has WAY too much delay. It's hard to hear the individual notes.
The synth that comes in is quiet and weak.
The drum intro sounds strange.
The drums and piano don't sound good together.
You didn't do anything special with the melody.
The song sounds too frantic.

Maybe this will help for any songs you make in the future.
