it sounds a bit like an intro of a soap lol
but is also sounds nice
and idd it is far too short (that's why i gave u an 8)
u could at least repeat it one more time, while adding something into it.
and if u want to continue, then add there a part with (a bit) another melody, then repeat the main theme and finish it.

Exactly what brianisapickle said. Its very good, very good, but its too short, I would have given you all 10 if it was about 2-3 minutes long |:)
