Sounds great and all but it is a bit short. I agree with HalcyonicFalconX that you should expand the parts. You should keep making pieces such as this. I can imagine you with another song like this that could be breath-taking. Just need more work and practice and maybe some inspiration, hehe.

Really touching.

You have a wonderful melodic line and a good base for it. Although it certainly needs more work.
For one, it's much too short. I see three sections in this song: Orchestrated first, piano middle, and a violin dominated end. Each of these sections could be expanded to a minute each at least.
I like how the piano is crisp and simple. The transition out of it from 0:51 and 0:54 could be improved though. The snares are fine, yet the piano run would probably sound better if you applied an accelerando to the last second at 0:54.
On the whole, this song is nice, but needs work.
