You were right! Kickass piano describes it best!
I think it sounds a little too hard for a real under water song.
What I associate with water are smooth reverbed and not too high sounds.
These hard and high tones are more like ice-ish.
It could be a little longer, but I think you'll do that during the next weeks...

"Youve Definately got something there..."

I like it, now finish it! :P I did find that the hip- hop esque drums didnt quite fit with it, maybe you could do something to spice them up a bit? Also, dont forget to add bass!

All things considered, great song.
