I understand if you skip to the end, i am fine with that idea.

This is a very depressing song, until the very end when the piano starts. Fans will recognize the piano from one of my older songs!

When i made this song my girlfriend had just moved away and i was lost without hope. I found that hope later and this is a song based off my reflections of those lonely months of my life.
I had submitted it to the audio portal ASAP but it got bashed severely. I thought this was because nobody heard the piano part to it! So i took out all the ambience and just submitted the Piano. That song is called "Rebuild Your Spirits Up" and can be found at the link at the very bottom of this commentary.
The piano part alone had much better reviews and stayed on the top 50 classical songs for a long time. Seeing those great results Helped pull me through the depression i was in and encouraged me to make more music. Then I had made my most popular song "Lounging on no sleep" Which had the best reviews I have ever gotten. After that i decided to learn some instruments myself so i could stop using Garage Band.
I Started playing the piano and decided to submit some of my own written songs to teh audio portal. I did so, but the audio quality was so bad nobody liked it. So over the summer i practice my piano and made more songs. I am now looking for better recording equipment then a $10 mic, in the meantime i am still messing around with Garage band.

For me

Apparently I think backwards to most people. I prefered the ambient part opposed to the piano. I think the piano part was way too much of a contrast. Although it was still nice.
The pad in the beginning was absolutely beautiful. What did you use to make it? As for the piano, I think the pacing is too fast for the song.
Still don't take it too seriously if people don't like the begginning. Most wouldn't understand where you are coming from.

well maybe i should just listen to people who get me.
i mean, if mozart listened to his peers he wouldn't have written so much music.
